Warranty Policy
UniFi Devicces
All UniFi devices sold on StayFi are sourced from an authorized distributor. StayFi does not provide any warranty of our own on these products. Any warranty coverage is provided solely by Ubiquiti and is subject to their terms and conditions.
Typically, Ubiquiti’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date the product ships from the distributor to StayFi. In practice, this means the effective warranty period for customers is generally up to one year from when StayFi received the device, although exact coverage and terms are determined by Ubiquiti. Warranty coverage may also vary depending on the distributor from which StayFi originally purchased the device. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, modification, environmental factors, or unauthorized repairs.
Because we source devices from a distributor, warranty claims may require proof of purchase, registration with Ubiquiti, or other steps in accordance with Ubiquiti’s warranty process. By purchasing UniFi devices from StayFi, you acknowledge that all warranty rights and remedies come directly from Ubiquiti, and StayFi’s role is limited to supplying products through an authorized distributor.
StayFi Express
StayFi provides a limited warranty on all StayFi Express devices for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Environmental damage (e.g., water, fire, extreme temperatures)
- Normal wear and tear
If a StayFi Express device is found to be defective within the warranty period, StayFi will, at our discretion, repair or replace the device. Customers must provide proof of purchase and follow StayFi’s warranty claim process.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is the sole warranty provided by StayFi. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
