StayFi UniFi Access Points Return Policy

Return Period

UniFi Access Points and StayFi Express devices purchased directly from our company may be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after the 60-day period has elapsed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your device must meet the following conditions:

UniFi Access Points

  1. The device must be in its original, unmodified condition, with no visible signs of damage, wear, or tampering.

  2. The device must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included components, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

StayFi Express devices

To ensure the integrity and functionality of the StayFi Express device, we require that all returned units remain untampered and unaltered from their original, shipped condition.

  1. Each StayFi Express device is delivered fully assembled, with the case securely fastened and a pre-configured microSD card inserted. The intended use StayFi Express is limited to connecting it to a power outlet and a compatible router via the provided power adapter and Ethernet cable, respectively. Customers must not open the case, remove or replace the microSD card, install or modify any software, or use any ports other than the designated Ethernet and power ports.

  2. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for any device that shows signs of tampering, physical damage or unauthorized modifications.

If a StayFi Express device is found to be defective, it must be returned in its original condition for evaluation. StayFi Express devices that have been altered in any way will be deemed ineligible for return or replacement, as we cannot verify the cause of the issue.

Restocking Fee

For each returned UniFi Access Point or StayFi Express device, a restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing the return, inspecting the returned device, and restocking the item.

Refund Discretion

We reserve the right to evaluate and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the returned UniFi Access Point or StayFi Express device meets the criteria outlined in this return policy. If we determine that the device does not meet these criteria, we may refuse to issue a refund.

Refund Process

If the returned UniFi Access Point or StayFi Express device meets the conditions outlined in this return policy, we will process the refund within thirty (30) business days. The refund amount, minus the applicable $30 restocking fee and original shipping charge, will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and update your account.
